I am the founder, owner of Orka BE (founded in 2008), Orka BG (2018), our sales office in the US (2022) and recently launched Orka ES (2024).

I have defined Orka’s DNA to contain the work ethic, the positive attitude and the constant drive towards customer satisfaction.
Our website was built as a business card and represents the three core streams of our company, whereas the true value for us is the people we work with since they were selected as being capable of accepting our DNA and carrying it on. The texts on this page are my own, written as a kind of tribute to our consultants.

I consider myself to be the least important person in Orka. However, the origin of the name Orka comes from the times I was with the boy scouts, where my totem was Orka (or killer whale), brave orca.

Karen is the co-founder of Orka and supports and motivates me and our colleagues to keep going for continuous improvement, in the area of human resources as in the field of facilities in order to guarantee the perfect working conditions for our consultants. The vision is quite simple: if we treat our consultants as princes or princesses, there is a big chance they will treat our customers as kings or queens.

Orka consultants shall only worry about their kings and queens, not about their conditions. Karen, in close collaboration with Denitsa, makes sure these are the best on the market.

The specific selection of our consultants plus the cocktail of conditions and benefits makes us meaningful, out-of-the-box, friendly, educated, polite and plain fun to work with.

Honestly, until today I’m impressed we could recruit Denitsa as COO for our Eastern and Southern European branches (ESE). Her being an operational manager at our former client, and a business developer at a very large firm near Varna, I am so happy I took my chances asking her to come to join us.

Denitsa was the missing link between me and our nearshore growth, whereas she minds the enlargement of our network in the area’s.

Denitsa – being a lawyer – is hands on, an excellent communicator, also on C-level, takes initiative and fits perfectly in our team picking up the role of the flexible centipede, whereas her experience makes us better, that’s clear.

I will assist you in any possible way Deni, because I believe you can lift ORKA to the next level(s). You can take that to the bank.

Temelko is our logistics guru. With years of experience – as an expert in fleet logistics – under his belt, Temelko is a wise man who knows how to listen to our customers before coming to any conclusions or solutions. Our customers appreciate his patience and the clear detailed documentation he brings to every project or issue he works on.

He is an excellent team player who always follows procedures and he is a pleasure to work with. We are proud to have him in our team as the leader of our logistics department, taking care of all new projects, new consultants, new clients, with dedicated care and expertise.

I am not sure SAP has secrets for Temelko.

Plamen was an experienced customer service key user in the past and had the guts to start a career in SAP now more the 5 years ago. We took him under our wings, going through the process of having to study and learn each day.

Initially, he started taking care of specific tasks and soon we found out he’s extraordinary in our customers’ support. Plamen was involved in several projects in the last years and has shown his great reliable commitment, whereas he became the internal partner we had in mind, part of our family, and part of Temelko’s team.

Jose is a hardworking, fast learning youngster, and extraordinary online marketeer who made the step into SAP consultancy. What a career move, can you imagine the courage it takes? We are truly excited that Jose moved from Mallorca to Varna and has come to work for us since he is such an amazing communicator who, again, has accepted the challenge to study hard and learn SAP in the first place. Honestly, I have not seen someone learn so fast SAP in the recent history.

Jose operates under the wings of Temelko. He is dedicated to important projects and has proven to be a fantastic asset to the team.

Svetlozara is a young addition to the team. Another ‘bird’ under the wings of the logistics team, she is constantly training to achieve excellence and was assisting our clients very fast. Her experience with ERP systems & sales support gave us the confidence that she will be the perfect match for an SD/MM consultant.

I’m so thankful for the opportunity to have Zaroui in our team as WM/QM Junior consultant. Although new to SAP, she brings a rich background in retail product development and brand development, along with excellent communication skills.  Next to Temelko as her mentor, I believe she will quickly excel her expertise.

Zaroui is coming from Spain, where she graduated and worked the last 10 years, thus she will also play a role in developing our Spanish nearshore entity. Here’s Aleksandar, young kid, just graduated in International Business in Maastricht, learned theory about Accounting and Financial Reporting, Finance Strategy, SCM, MIS, up to Corporate Governance and Statistics. This is very interesting for us, to have this fresh theory enter our office, combined with the many years of experience from our seniors.

He has done some SAP exercises though, during his exchange in Scotland, doing a case study in Fiori for MM. We have decided to onboard Alex due to his academic background and his capacity to work in a team. He’ll fall under the wings of Nina and will learn fast, he’s such an amazing young potential and fantastic communicator, we’re convinced he’ll do great, you’ll be hearing from him pretty soon.

Vanessa Oceda is our new Senior ABAP consultant from Spain. She started her career back at the time in a family of developers, diving deep from an early age with a passion for programming and a desire to solve complex issues efficiently and effectively.

Over the years, she worked on a variety of projects, from creating custom reports to implementing enhancements to existing systems, where she also had the opportunity to participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and technical design to implementation, testing, and post-implementation support.

We trust her ability to adapt quickly and work proactively and collaboratively, which will ensure outstanding performance for our clients. While increasing her knowledge of ABAP coding, we are looking forward to contributing significantly to our continued success.

Have I ever met a person that thinks the way I think about customer satisfaction? The answer is “Yes”. Amongst those people I met that share my vision, Ivelina stands out easily, thinking a few steps ahead. What a joy it is to have Ivelina in our team! Nina is our special one, excellent in controlling, full of wisdom in life, energetic and does everything with a smile. Milcho, the man in many ways. The large experience Miclho has, makes it easy for him to run the projects in which he is involved, as well as the support he gives in stressful, highly demanding and complex environments. It takes a man to mind the team while doing so.

Milcho is involved in high availability setups, it’s that type of clients that expect to be up and running 24/7. On top of that, governance becomes a bigger part of the job, less hands-on and more consulting is the way forward.

A former customs agent for many years. He became a consultant in the autumn of his career.

Currently he is indispensable to some of the projects we do which concern complex import-export flows, taking care of the customs and different VAT rules that we apply in SAP.

Anton is our other ABAP team lead that delivers excellent work, giving fast and accurate results. He’s not a twin brother of Ivo, however, he looks at the code and the quality one might be mistaken. Anton carries the heavy task to find, recruit and lead the juniors, a job he takes very seriously.

Entrepreneurship combined with striving for perfection is not the easiest path to take, you have my respect Anton!
